摘 要:炼油厂汽油洗涤废碱液经磷酸三丁酯配合萃取后,萃余液中还残留高浓度COD和酚类,采用SBR活性污泥法对其进行处理。接种污泥进行两个阶段的驯化,第一阶段(1-30d),以苯酚为碳源;第二阶段(31-94d),以废碱液为碳源。同时研究DO、pH、盐度等参数对废碱液处理效果的影响,结果表明:DO浓度在4mg/L以上,pH值在7-9之间,活性污泥具有一定的抗盐性,驯化后出水COD稳定在150mg/L左右。The waste lye from the refinery gasoline washing water contains high concentrations of COD andphenols, even after extracted by tributyl phosphate as the complex extraction agent. SBR activated sludgeprocess was used to treat it, and the sludge acclimation included two stages. Phenol was used as carbonsource in the first stage (1-30 d), while the waste lye was used as carbon source in the second stage (31-94 d). At the same time, the effect of dissolved oxygen (DO), pH, salinity and other parameters on thewaste lye treatment were investigated. The results showed that when the DO concentration was over 4mg/L and the pH value reached 7 to 9, the activated sludge had some salt resistance and the COD of the ef-fluent could be stable around 150 mg/L.
