摘　　要：对中国和瑞典两国抗菌药物监管体制进行比较,发现中国抗菌药物监管存在以下问题：监管主体不统一,监管机制不完善,抗菌药物临床应用及耐药监测体系有待完善,缺乏激励机制,宣传、教育与培训不足等.总结瑞典经验,提出我国应建立促进合理用药的专业机构,对药店实行统一管理,建立抗菌药物合理应用激励机制,加强宣传、教育和培训,实施动态监管和反馈等.Through the comparison of antimicrobials supervision system between Sweden and China,the study found out problems in Chinas antimicrobials supervision system,such as supervision agency was not unique,drugstore supervision system needed to be strengthened,antimicrobials clinical use and resistance regular monitoring was weak,motivation system for rational antimicrobials use needed to be established,publicity,education and training were not effective.The study also summed up Swedish experience,which pointed out that professional agency should be established to strengthen reasonable medicine use,uniform management of drug stores should be carried out,dynamic supervision and feedback can be implemented,encourage mecha nism on reasonable antimicrobials use should be established and the publicity,education and training should be strengthened.
