摘  要:指出按照职称级别授予手术资质不合理,按照手术级别授予手术权限过于粗放,手术资质准入后的跟踪管理是薄弱环节。从建立院科两级手术分级管理机构、制定手术分级目录库、完善手术资质准入程序、强化信息化监管等4方面,就落实手术分级管理制度的主要做法进行了阐述。It is unreasonable for surgery authority by professional ranks and titles,it is extensive for surgery authority according to operations levels,and the following management is the weak link of surgery authority.The paper introduced the implement of surgery grading management in hospital from four aspects,including the two level management system of hospital and department,the catalog of surgery grading,the process of surgery authority declaration and verification,and the dynamic adjustment of surgery authority.
