摘 要:医院绩效考评分为月考评和年度考评。月绩效考评以全面质量考评为主,常规质量考评为辅;年度绩效考评应用"平衡计分卡"原理,从客户满意度、工作效率与技术水平、财务运营、医疗护理质量和科研教学5个维度建立指标体系,进行综合目标管理与评价。同时用实例阐述绩效考评指标体系的应用。The hospital performance evaluation includs the monthly evaluation and annual performance evaluation.Monthly performance evaluation is mainly with comprehensive quality assessment,and regular quality evaluation is complementary.Annual performance appraisal is on the basis of the principle of "balanced scorecard",to establish index system for comprehensive management by objectives and evaluation from five dimensions including the level of customer satisfaction,productivity and technology level,financial operation,medical care quality and scientific research teaching.The content and application of performance evaluation index system was discussed with examples.
