摘 要:现代航天、航空、船舶、兵器及测绘等需要精度更高、运行更平稳的伺服电机及驱动系统。为了提高精度,有的装备甚至采用了直驱负载的结构方式,但直驱电机自身的转矩波动会直接影响负载,因此直驱电机一般都要求具有极低的转矩波动。在降低电机自身转矩波动的同时,寻求准确测量此类电机转矩波动的方法也亟需解决。本文针对某型无刷直流力矩电动机,分别用堵转法和直接法测量电动机转矩波动,并比较两者的结果,为无刷直流力矩电机转矩波动测量提供参考。Aerospace , aviation, ships and weapons demand more precise and smooth servo motors and drive systems.To improve precision some systems even let the motor directly connect its load without any other structure, but in this case the motor′s own torque fluctuation will directly affect the system , therefore, this kind of motor′s torque fluctuation must be in a very low level.While setting about lowering the motor torque fluctuation, sought the accurate testing measures of torque fluctuation at the same time.In this paper, tested the torque fluctuation of certain brushless DC motor with Locked rotor method and direct method , then com-pared the results of the two methods and offered references for brushless DC torque motor ′s torque fluctuation testing.
