摘　　要：由于高校对基础设施和师资力量的投入无法与招生规模的提升速度同步发展,从而对学生的素质教育形成巨大冲击;为应对就业压力,高校必须以就业为导向,加强校企合作,进行课程体系改革;此外,为提高学生的综合素质,还必须加强学生的实践教学工作,将各项实践活动落到实处.Since the inputs of infrastructure and faculty doesn＇ t synchronize with the hoisting speed of student enrolled scale, the quality of college student＇ s education has been greatly impacted. To cope with employment pressures, universities must take employment as the direction, strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and reform the curriculum system. In addition, in order to raise the comprehensive quality of university students, practical teaching must be enhanced and the various practical activities must be carried out in effeet.
