摘　　要：法律人职业素养是法律人职业应具备的综合素质。法学教育的根本目标在于培养学生法律职业素养,成为优秀的法律人。现有法学教育在法律技能培训、法律思维培养及司法伦理教育等方面存在严重缺失,需要在课程设置、实践教学、师资队伍等方面进行相应变革,以提高法律人才培养质量。the legal occupation accomplishment is the comprehensive quality that the legal occupation should have. The fundamental goal of legal education is to cultivate students＇ legal occupation accomplishment and become the legal man. There are serious lack of existing legal education and training in the skills of legal thinking, legal culture and judicial ethics education. In order to improve the legal quality of personnel training, the corresponding transformation should begin in curriculum, teaching practice, teachers and other aspects.
