摘　　要：宋、清两代积累的丰富的出土文献成果,为清代《说文》研究提供了详实的材料。而以王筠为首的清代学者之所以能在《说文》研究方面取得前所未有的成绩,除基于他们扎实的"小学"功底和敢于利用民俗材料、敢于利用西方现代科学知识等学术创新因素外,亦与他们敢于将前人之出土文献研究成果广泛运用于《说文》A bundantaccum ulate dunearthed documents in Songand Qing Dynasties provided detailed materials for the study on Shuowen in Qing Dynasty. The reason that scholars of Qing Dynasty,led by Wang Yun,could obtain unprecedented success in the research on Shuowen istheir solid linguistic knowledge and courage to use folk information and such academic innovations as western modern sciences information. In addition,they are brave to apply predecessors＇ research fruits of unearthed documents to the research field of shuo wen jie zi.
