摘　　要：高职院校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在软件外包人才培养方面做出了较大贡献。通过对我国高职院校外包人才的培养现状尤其是存在的问题进行分析,对人才培养平台在校企合作、课程开发及软件外包项目开发实训等方面做了整体构建,对于提升软件专业人才的实践经验以及专业技能有着重要的推动作用。As an important part of higher education in China, higher vocational college has made a great contribution to software outsourcing talents training. According to the strategy analysis of software outsourcing talents training status in higher vocational college, especially of the existing problems, the talents training platform is integrally constructed in the aspects of school enterprise cooperation, curriculum development and software outsourcing project practice, so as to increase software professionals＇ practice experience and develop their professional competence.
