摘　　要：在求职择业过程中,高职毕业生如果能够树立正确的择业观,做到科学定位、知己知彼、实事求是,积极参与竞争、勇敢面对挑战,具有自主创业的魄力和勇气,避免自卑心理、依赖心理、虚荣心理、迷茫心理、挫折心理、从众心理等择业心理误区,就能够实现科学就业,为成就今后精彩的职业人生奠定坚实基础。In the job searching process, if higher vocational graduates can establish a correct concept of choosing career, make a scientific orientation, know themselves and others, seek truth from facts, actively participate in the competition and face the challenges with courage, have the boldness and courage to start their own businesses, avoid mental errors on choosing careers such as inferiority complex, dependent psychology, vanity, mental confusion, frustration psychology, herd psychology, they can realize scientific employment and lay a solid foundation for future wonderful career life.
