摘　　要：近年来,社会企业的相关理论和功能模式正在实践中不断引入,其功能和作用已被公众熟知和认可。从组织学视角分析,社会企业具有区别于传统非营利组织和商业企业的鲜明特征,在政治、经济等领域发挥着重要作用。在借鉴国内外理论和方法的基础上,加强对社会企业的本土化研究是当前所需,尤其是在甄别、吸收已有研究成果和考察实践进展后对社会企业的特征和本土价值等基础性问题进行文献梳理和理论廓清,使理论和实践互为表征、互相促进,进一步彰显社会企业的现代价值具有非常重要的意义。In recent years,the relative theories and function mode of social enterprises have constantly been introduced in practice, whose functions and effects have been well known and recognized. Analyzed from the perspective of histology, social enterprises have distinct characteristics different from traditional non-profit organizations and commercial enterprises, and are playing a significant role in the fields of politics, economy and so on. It is essential at present to strengthen the localization study of social enterprises on the basis of the reference of domestic and foreign theories and methods, and it is of great significance to discriminate and absorb the existed findings and to make literature review and theory clearance of such fundamental problems as the characters and native value of social enterprises after the investigation and practice ,which makes theory and practice represent and promote each other and highlights the modern value of social enterprises.
