摘　　要：针对河北鑫跃焦化有限公司熄焦车轨道发生断轨、扣件松落、基础崩裂、轨道弯曲变形等故障进行了分析。提出现浇长轨枕整体道床;采用无缝接轨;预埋螺栓改为不锈钢材质;增设定位和减震装置等改造措施。实施后,机车运行平稳,延长了道床和钢轨的使用寿命及机车的维修周期,改善了工人们的劳动条件,减轻了劳动强度,值得推广。It is analyzed the breakdown of tracks of quenching car： broken down,fastener loosening,base crack,bending deformation. Some reformation measures are proposed out： adopting casting- in- place long sleepers monolithic track bed,adopting seamless tracks connection,using stainless pre- embedded bolt,adding locating and shock absorption devices. After those carried out,the mobile operates steady,the work life of tracks bed and rail are prolonged,and also the maintenance cycle do,the labor conditions of workers improved,the labor strength reduced.
