摘　　要：提出推进高校图书馆信息资源共享持续发展的七大策略:在思想认识上,必须树立信息资源共享整体合作的思想观念;在组织机构上,必须组建权威的信息资源共享协调管理机构;在实践操作上,必须加强信息资源共享的规范化和标准化建设;在工作队伍上,必须培育高素质的信息资源共享专业人才;在运行机制上,必须有充满动力的信息资源共享的利益平衡机制;在经费投入上,必须多渠道筹措信息资源共享的支撑资金;在配套措施上,必须建立信息资源共享的相关版权安全保障。并对每一策略的基本内涵、重要作用以及具体措施进行全面、深入地探讨。The paper puts forward seven strategies for promoting sustainable development of university library information resource sharing： in ideology, the ideas of overall cooperation in information resource sharing must be established; in organization, authoritative information resource sharing coordination management agencies must be set up; in practice, standardized construction of information resource sharing must be strengthened; in work force, high-quality professional personnel for information resources sharing must be cultivated; in operational mechanism, dynamic mechanism to balance interests of information resource sharing must be formulated; in fund, supportive capital of information resource sharing must be raised from multi-channel; in auxiliary measures, relevant copyright security for information resource sharing must be installed. And it roundly and deeply discusses basic connotations, important roles and specific measures of each strategy.
