高校院系资料室的存在问题及对策研究——以四川大学为例

摘　　要：以四川大学10个院系的资料室为对象,调查分析四川大学院系资料室概况。针对各院系资料室在管理、资源建设、服务和人才队伍等方面存在的问题,从发展思路、管理体制、资源建设、信息技术和人才队伍等方面,提出院系图书资料室的建设与发展对策。The paper takes 10 reference rooms of college and department in Sichuan University as the object, and analyzes the general situation of reference room. In view of existing problems in management, resource construction, service and talent team of reference room, it proposes countermeasures for development of reference room from aspects of development strategy, management system,resource construction, information technology, and talent team.
