摘　　要：通过调查问卷以及文献资料对当前高职教育技能大赛现状进行分析,提出以技能大赛为切入点,以企业实际任务为载体,构建以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改的"学赛一体化"物流高技能人才培养模式,进而改革课程体系、优化教学模式、发展教师团队、强化实训效果,提升高职物流教学水平。In this paper, through questionnaire survey and literature review, we analyzed the current status of the skill competition in higher vocational education at the current stage, then proposed a highly skilled logistics talent cultivation initiative based on studycompetition integration and proposed a series of measures to enhance the teaching level of the higher vocational logistics education.
