摘  要:为解决固态存储器与地面设备连接时传输速率较慢的问题,提出一种基于CY7C68013A的高速遥测数据采集系统。系统以FPGA为控制中心接收并处理两路数据,利用低压差分信号技术(low voltage differential signaling,LVDS)发送命令并接收高速遥测数据,通过USB接口芯片CY7C68013A与地面计算机进行通信。重点研究了接口芯片CY7C68013A工作在同步SLAVE FIFO模式时,系统硬件电路设计、FPGA逻辑设计以及68013固件的设计。实现了计算机对采集系统多命令的下发,以及采集系统遥测数据的高速传输。经试验验证表明,该高速遥测数据采集系统性能稳定,数据传输可靠,无丢数现象,平均传输速率可达14 MB/s,已应用于某航天遥测数据采集系统。To solve the problem of low transmission rate between solid memory device and the ground equipment,a high telemetry speed data acquisition system based on CY7C68013 A is introduced.In this system,FPGA acts as the control core for receiving and processing the data;LVDS( Low voltage differential signaling) is used to send commands and receive high-speed telemetry data。 The system communicates with the ground computer through the USB2.0 interface chip CY7C68013 A.This paper focuses on the following things:the interface chip working in synchronous SLAVE FIFO mode,the system hardware circuit design,FPGA logic design and the 68013 firmware design.Multiple orders issued from the computer and high-speed transmission of telemetry data has been realized in the system.Experiments show that the high speed telemetry data acquisition system is stable,reliable and no data loss.The system has been applied to a spacecraft telemetry data acquisition system.
