摘 要:将心理契约理论应用到学生社团过程中,构建心理契约模式解决当前学生社团发展管理中存在的主要问题,重点介绍了社团组织和成员之间如何构建良好的心理契约模式,通过具体实践活动阐述了心理契约对增强社团成员的归属感,扩大社团文化活动的影响力,推动社团走内涵式发展道路等三个方面的积极作用,以此来表明心理契约模式符合以人为本的管理理念,适合社团组织可持续发展的需要。The essay applies the theory of psychological contract to the development of college student communities, and constructs the psychological contract schema to solve the present prob-lems emerging in the development and management of student communities. It introduces mainly about how the ideal psychological contract schema between the student communities and the members can be constructed. It interprets the positive effects of psychological contract to en-hance the members’ sense of belonging, to expand the influence of community cultural events and to promote the intensive development pattern through the practical activities. The effects of psychological contract show that psychological contract conforms to the people oriented managing concept and suits to the need of sustainable development of college students’ communities.
