摘　　要：高校法律援助机构作为社会法律援助机构的重要一支,在法律援助体系中发挥着不可忽视的作用。但其发展过程中存在诸多亟待解决的问题,如自身管理混乱、运行经费不足、大学生缺乏法学实务经验等。文章结合自身参与高校法律援助所实际遇到的困境进行分析,就建立规范长效的高校法律援助机构运行机制进行理论研究和实践探索。The legal aid institutions as a mechanism of social legal aid is an important one, played a role can not be ig- nored in the legal aid system. But there are many problems to be solved in the process of its development, such as its management confusion, lack of funds, lack of student run law practice experience. The article combined with their own participation in legal aid practical difficulties are analyzed, on the establishment of the standardization of the oper- ation mechanism of university legal aid institutions lone-term for the theoretical study and practical exploration.
