“元方胃炎Ⅲ号方”治疗HP阳性萎缩性胃炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：了解“元方胃炎III号方”对HP阳性萎缩性胃炎的临床治疗效果.方法：从本院收治的萎缩性胃炎伴HP阳性患者中抽取106例,然后,将其随机均分为两组,每组53例.治疗组主要采用阿莫西林、甲硝唑、“元方胃炎II号散”等药物治疗.对照组主要采用胶体次枸橼酸铋、甲硝唑、阿莫西林等药物治疗.持续治疗4～6周并做胃镜复查.结果：治疗组HP转阴率为69.9%;对照组HP转阴率71.9%,上述差异并不明显,不具有统计学差异.对比黏膜组织基本恢复正常程度,对照组仅为51.3%,治疗组较高,有83.5%,因此,上述差异明显,具有统计学意义.Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Yuanfang gastritis III recipe on HP positive atrophic gastritis. Methods： 106patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was given Yuanfang gastritis III recipe,amoxicillin, metronidazole, the control group was given western medicine. Results： The HP overcast rate in the treatment group was 69.9%;it was 71.9% in the control, there was no statistically significant difference. Mucosal histology basic returned to normal treatment group （83.5%）, it was 51.3% in the control group, with significant difference.
