摘 要:采用衍生还原裂解法(DFRC)对椴木木素进行降解,并且采用GC-MS分析裂解产物的组成和结构。结果显示:椴木木素降解产物中包含4类化合物,即2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)、单糖、有机酸和相关木素单元,其含量分别为3.25%、23.90%、32.68%和40.18%;在椴木木素的结构中S型单元(紫丁香基单元)的相对含量比G型(愈创木基单元)更高,G/S相对比值为1:2.30。The structure of basswood lignin was investigated using the method of Derivatization Followed by Reductive Cleavage (DFRC). The compositions and structures of degraded products were analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that the degraded products for basswood lignin consisted of four types of compound, they are butylated hydroxyltoluene (BHT), monose, organic acid and related lignin units. The content of previous four kinds compounds are 3.25%, 23.90%, 32.68% and 40.18%, respectively. Furthermore, in the structure of basswood lignin, S type units (syringyl units) were higher than that of G type units (guaiacyl units) in related lignin unit, the ratio of G/S was 1:2.30.
