西藏地区矿山企业社会责任评价体系研究

摘　　要：针对西藏地区矿山企业的特殊性,构建了西藏地区矿山企业社会责任评价指标体系。运用AHP法确定指标权重,结合模糊综合评价法构建了西藏地区矿山企业社会责任综合评价模型。以西藏某铜矿为案例背景,评价得出其2012年社会责任水平为良好,其中法规责任、自愿性慈善责任水平为良好,经济责任与伦理责任水平为中等,评价结果比较客观,验证了综合评价模型的合理性。综合评价模型的应用将有助于西藏地区矿山企业对社会责任的认识与实践,提高社会责任水平。According to the special conditions of mining enterprises in Tibet, this paper established a evaluation index system of social responsibility. Then according to the AHP method, the evaluation index weight was determined. After that the comprehensive evaluation model of corporate social responsibility for mining enterprises in Tibet was established based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally the level of social responsibility of a copper mine in Tibet was evaluated in accordance with its social responsibility data in 2012. The evaluation result showed that its social responsibility level was good. Its regulatory responsibility and voluntary charity responsibility were in a good level, too. But its economic responsibility and ethical responsibility level were in a medium level. The result is objective and it proves that the comprehensive evaluation model is reasonable. The application of comprehensive evaluation model will improve the cognition and practice of social responsibility of mining enterprises in Tibet and improve the level of social responsibility.
