推行仁爱思想 提高医学生人文素养

摘　　要：随着医学科学和医疗技术的日益发展,而科技与人文发展却不同步,医疗卫生活动与人文精神出现了分裂。我国在医学生的培养方面,对医学生人文素质教育重视程度还不够。中国传统文化中的仁爱思想,对提高医学生人文素养、培养德才兼备的医学储备人才具有不可忽视的作用。因此,要推行仁爱精神,开展医学人文课程,加强师资队伍建设,举办丰富多彩的医学人文活动,在理论教学和实践中提高医学生的人文素养。Although the medical science and medical technology have got rapid development ,the development of technology does not synchronize with humanities ,a division has appeared between the medical health activities and humanistic spirit .Humanistic quality education of medical students is not duly valued in medical students training . In traditional Chinese culture ,Benevolence plays an indispensable role in the improvement of medical students＆#39;hu‐manities .Therefore ,in order to carry out the spirit of benevolence and improve medical students＇humanities in the theory and practice ,we should develop the medical humanities curriculum ,strengthen the construction of teacher group and organize colorfully medical humanities activities .
