SLeX抗原和CD44v6基因与结直肠癌的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨唾液酸化的路易斯寡糖-X(SLeX)抗原和CD44v6基因表达与结直肠癌生物行为间的关系。方法采用高敏催化信号放大免疫组化技术,检测120例结直肠癌组织、30例正常大肠粘膜组织中SLeX抗原与CD44v6基因表达水平,并分析它们与结直肠癌生物行为和临床因素的相关性。结果 120例结直肠癌中SLeX抗原和CD44v6基因阳性表达率为89.2%和85.8%,30例正常组织中均为阴性,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);SLeX抗原和CD44v6基因表达呈显著正相关,结直肠癌患者的临床分期越晚、分化程度越低、有淋巴结及远处器官转移、患者的生存期越短的癌组织中SLeX抗原和CD44v6基因表达水平越高(P<0.05)。结论 SLeX抗原和CD44v6基因表达参与结直肠癌的侵袭与转移,是判定结直肠癌患者预后的重要生物学指标。ObjectiveTo investigate the sialyl Lewis-X （SLeX） the relationship between the expression of antigen and CD44v6 gene and the biological behavior of colorectal cancer .MethodsUsing the Gao Min catalyzed signal amplification immunohistochemical technique , the expression level of SLeX antigen and CD44v6 gene was detected in 120 cases of colorectal cancer ,30 cases of normal colorectal mucosa ,and to analyze the correlation between them and the biological behavior of colorectal carcinoma and the clinical factors .Results120 cases of SLeX in colorectal cancer antigen and CD44v6 gene positive expression rate was 89 .2% and 85 .8% ,were all negative in 30 cases of normal tissue ,with significant difference between two groups （ P 〈0 .01）;the expression of SLeX antigen and CD44v6 gene were positively related to colorectal cancer ,clinical staging of patients with longer ,less differentiated ,the higher levels of SLeX antigen and CD44v6 lymph node and distant organ metastasis ,and survival in patients with shorter cancer gene expres-sion （ P 〈0 .05） .Conclusionthe expression of SLeX antigen and CD44v6 gene in colorectal cancer invasion and metastasis is an important biological marker ,judging the prognosis of colorectal cancer .
