摘 要:目的:研究S100P蛋白在人肾原发透明细胞癌中的表达情况,并探讨其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测40例肾透明细胞癌及其癌旁肾组织、10例正常肾组织和8例转移性肾透明细胞癌组织中S100P蛋白的表达情况,结合患者临床病理资料进行分析,并探讨该蛋白在肾透明细胞癌发生发展中的作用。结果:S100P蛋白在正常及癌旁肾组织中呈弱表达且表达率较低,分别为10%和7.5%,而在原发肾透明细胞癌组织中的表达呈明显上调,为77.5%(χ2=45.187,P<0.01),阳性表达强度以弱-中度为主。S100P蛋白在转移性肾透明细胞癌组织中表达水平较原发癌显著降低,为12.5%(χ2=12.675,P<0.01);在晚期肾透明细胞癌组织中的表达率显著降低,与早期组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.337,P<0.05)。结论:在原发性肾透明细胞癌组织中,S100P蛋白表达水平较正常组织明显上调,而在发生其他脏器转移的组织中显著降低。可见S100P蛋白可能在恶性肾肿瘤的发生发展中扮演重要角色,进一步深入研究有助于为肾透明细胞癌的诊疗开辟新思路。Objective.. To investigate the expression of S100P in human renal clear cell carcinoma (RCCC) tis- sue and to analyze its clinical significance. Method.. The S100P protein expression in 40 cases of RCCC tissues and adjacent normal tissues (ANTs), ten normal renal tissues, and eight metastatic clear cell carcinoma tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Then we investigated their correlation with clinical and pathological features, and explored the effect of SLOOP protein on the genesis and development of RCCC. Result.. The positive rate of SLOOP protein in normal and ANTs groups (10%, 7.5%) were low, and expression intensity were both weak. However, the expressin level of SLOOP protein significantly increased in RCCC (77. 5%) (x2 = 45. 187, P〈 0.01), and the expression intensity was mainly weak-moderate. The positive rate of SLOOP protein in metastatic clear cell carcinoma tissues was significant lower than that in primary cancer group (x2 = 12. 675, P〈0.01). The expressin level of SLOOP protein significantly decreased in advanced stage group compare with the early stage group (X2 = 4. 337, P〈0.05). Conclusion:The S100P protein expression level in human RCCC obviously increases com- pared with normal tissues. However, the SLOOP expression levels significantly reduce in other organs metastatic tumor tissues. SLOOP protein may play an important role in the development of malignant tumors of the kidney. Further research will contribute to new ideas about diagnosis and treatment of renal clear cell carcinoma.
