窄波中波紫外线联合凉血消风汤治疗血热型寻常型银屑病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察NB-UVB(窄波中波紫外线)联合凉血消风汤治疗血热型寻常型银屑病的临床疗效及血清学变化。方法将100例银屑病患者随机分为治疗组(60例)与对照组(40例),治疗组给予窄波UVB联合凉血消风汤治疗,对照组给予窄波UVB照射治疗,2组治疗8周后进行疗效判定。结果治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血清中干扰素γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素2(IL-2)的表达水平较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论窄波UVB联合凉血消风汤治疗血热型寻常型银屑病收到了良好疗效。Objective To observe the efficacy and serological changes of narrow-band ultraviolet B （NB-UVB） in the treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris combination with Liangxue Xiaofeng Tang of blood-heat type. Methods 100 cases of psoriasis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （60 cases） and the control group （40 cases）. The treatment group were treated by NB-UVB combined with Liangxue Xiaofeng Tang, and the control group were treated by NB- UVB only. Results The combination treatment group got better efficacy （P〈0.05） than the control group. And the serum IFN- and IL-2 expression level was significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion NB-UVB combined with LiangxueXiaofeng Tang has better effect on treating patients with psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat type.
