规范化牙周基础治疗联合手术切除治疗纤维型牙龈瘤临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察规范化牙周基础治疗联合手术切除治疗纤维型牙龈瘤的临床疗效。方法:将50例纤维型牙龈瘤患者随机分为实验组和对照组各25例,实验组给予规范化牙周基础治疗联合手术切除,对照组仅给予龈上洁治和手术切除,术后随访观察治疗结果。结果:治疗后1年随访,实验组无复发病例,对照组有14例复发,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化牙周基础治疗联合手术切除对纤维型牙龈瘤具有良好的治疗效果。Objective： To investigate the effect of standardized initial periodontal treatment combined with surgical resection on fibromatous epulis. Method： 50 patients with fibromatous epulis were randomly divided into two groups： experimental group （25 cases）with standardized initial periodontal treatment combined with surgical resection, control group （25 cases）with supragingival scaling combined with surgical resection; each patient was re-examined both at 1 year after treatment, thus the therapeutic effects of each group were compared with one another. Result： After 1 year foll.ow-up, there was no recurrence in the experimental group,while 14 cases of recurrence in the control group. There was statistically difference in experimental group compared with that in control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The standardized initial periodontal treatment combined with surgical resection showed better effectiveness in treatment of fibromatous epulis.
