摘　　要：考试是测度、甄别和评价人的活动,是人的理性构建方式和人存在与发展的重要尺度。作为竞争性选拔的方式和手段,考试在注重测评结果客观真实性的同时还要统筹测评的选拔性特征,实现考试的工具理性。作为社会活动,考试还需要注意善的取向,通过考试的设计安排促进社会的公平正义,实现考试的价值理性。作为联结人的发展与社会发展的协同机制,考试在对"真"的探求、"善"的诉求过程中,实现了必然与自由、共同性与差异性、物与我的逐步统一,推动了人的价值的升华,力图达到"美"的境界。The examination, designed to examine, screen and evaluate people＇s activities, is an important measure of rational construc-tion style and human existence and development .As a means of competitive selection , examinations focus on the objective authenticity and Competitive Selection of the assessment result , hoping to realize the instrumental rationality of examination .As a social activity , it is necessary for us to pay attention to its good-orientation in order to promote fairness and justice of our society through appropriate de-sign and arrangement of the examination , finally realize the value rationality of exams .In the process of its search for ＂truth＂and its appeal for ＂goodness＂, competitive selection examination , the coordination mechanism linking human development and social develop -ment, achieves the gradual unification of necessity and freedom , similarities and differences , and things and ego to promote the subli-mation of human value , trying to reach the state of ＂beauty＂.
