摘 要:在高铁线路和高原线路上,由于区间里程长、环境恶劣等原因造成人工探伤作业困难,主要采用钢轨探伤车进行探伤。在《钢轨探伤管理规则》(铁运[2006]200号)和《钢轨探伤车运用管理办法》(铁运[2012]43号)中,均对作业人员资质提出了要求,但都没有给出探伤车动态灵敏度调整的依据。本文对某高铁线路连续三个周期的检测数据、复核数据和探伤仪一年的监控数据进行了综合分析,得出探伤车检测灵敏度设置需要进一步完善。通过设计试验平台和试块进行理论分析,给出了探伤车检测中灵敏度设置标准的建议,并对下一步的研究工作和推广应用提出了建议。Due to artificial flaw detection difficulties eausea Dy interval ~en8m a^u , rail flaw detecting vehicles are often used for more and more rail flaw detection tasks, especially in the high-speed rail lines and the plateau rail lines. " Rail flaw detection management rules" (Railway Transport [ 2006 ] No. 200) and "the use management approach of rail flaw detecting vehicle" (Railway Transport [2012] No. 43) propose the qualification requirements for operation personnel,but do not put forward the dynamic sensitivity adjustment basis for rail flaw detecting vehicle. Based on a comprehensive analysis of continuous three cycles testing data, review data and one year monitoring data of rail flaw detector in one high-speed rail line, this paper concluded that the flaw detection sensitivity settings of rail flaw detecting vehicle needs further improvement, presented the recommended dynamic sensitivity setting standards by the theoretical analysis of designing test platform and test block, and gave some suggestions for the next step research and applications.
