摘  要:目的:探讨手术室护理人员职业效能感、文化程度及社会支持程度对其离职倾向的影响。方法:选取2011年7月-2013年12月的84名手术室护理人员为研究对象,将其Mobley离职倾向量表及自我离职倾向评估结果进行统计,然后将其中不同职业效能感、文化程度及社会支持程度者的评估结果进行比较。结果:84名手术室护理人员中Mobley离职倾向量表中5分者比例及自我离职倾向强烈者人数均较高,且其中职业效能感较低、文化程度较低及社会支持程度较低者的人数明显高于职业效能感较高、文化程度较高及社会支持程度较高者。结论:手术室护理人员的离职倾向较为明显,且其职业效能感、文化程度及社会支持程度均对其离职倾向影响较大。Objective: To study and investigate the influence of occupation efficacy,education degree and social support degree for the turnover intention of nurses in operation room. Methods: 84 nurses in operation room from July 2011 to December 2013 were the research objects,and the evaluation results of Mobley turnover intention scale and self turnover intention of all the nurses were analyzed,then the evaluation results of nurses with different occupation efficacy,education degree and social support degree for the turnover intention were compared. Results: The 5 points rates of Mobley turnover intention scale and strong rate of self turnover intention were all high,the rates of nurses with lower occupation efficacy,lower education degree and lower social support degree were all higher than those with higher occupation efficacy,higher education degree and higher social support degree,all P 0. 05,there were all significant differences. Conclusion: The turnover intention of nurses in operation room is obvious,and the influence of occupation efficacy,education degree and social support degree for the turnover intention are great.
