摘 要:目的:探讨更加合理有效、可充分调动护士积极性的护理绩效改革方案。方法:在责任制整体护理模式指导下,对原有护理绩效考核指标体系进行完善。结果:新的绩效考核体系实施后护士明确了岗位职责,对工作条件的满意度、对领导的满意度、护士责任感、外在奖励等均有提高,患者满意度也相应提高。结论:适用的绩效考核体系作为有效的护理激励手段,可与个人发展相结合,形成长效激励机制。Objective: To explore the more reasonable and effective reform about nursing performance,that can fully mobilize the nurses' enthusiasms. Methods: Under the holistic nursing mode of responsibility,experts were invited. They improved the existing index system of nursing performance evaluation. Results: Nurses' satisfaction improved statistically significantly after the implementation of new performance system. Nursing scores of quality and satisfaction of patients were improved at different degrees. Conclusion: As an effective and incentive measure,the performance evaluation can form the long- term management mechanism combined with individual development.
