摘　　要：政府规制的研究与实践都要涉及一个维度问题,忽视这个维度就很难实现规制的目标。文章尝试从认识论和实践论的视角,用国际的视野,从意蕴、实践、价值、形式、内容和度量六个方面对政府规制的维度,进行哲学的解读。The study and practice of governmental regulations involve the issue of dimensionality whose neglect would make it hard to achieve regulatory objectives. In line with an international vision,this paper attempts to make a philosophical interpretation of governmental regulations in terms of its implication,practice,value,form,content and measurement from the perspective of epistemology and practice.
