摘　　要：网络时代,基层部队增强思想政治教育的时代感、主动性、针对性和实效性,必须转变教育理念,适应网络时代思想政治教育的新形势;优化教育资源,适应网络时代基层官兵的新需求;转变教育方式,适应网络时代教育潮流的新趋势;净化教育环境,适应网络时代教育发展的新格局。In network era, in order to increase the sense of times, the initiative, the pertinence as well as the effectiveness of ideological and political education, grass - root unit should change the education concept to adapt to the new situation of ideological and political education in network era, optimize education resource to adapt to the new requests of grass - root soldiers, alter education mode to follow the new tendency, and clean education environment s to adapt to the new pattern of education development.
