现代医院互补性制度治理演化均衡研究

摘　　要：利用演化博弈理论构建两种治理制度的复制者动态方程,构建现代医院互补性制度元素的演化模型,发现现代医院互补性制度形成路径依赖:即外部治理和内部治理协同的纳什长期均衡。现代医院的治理机制应当将外部治理和内部治理协调使用,加强现代医院互补性制度的出台和医疗保险支付监管制度的建设,尝试在现代医院中引入独立董事会制度,建立激励与规制协调治理的现代医院治理模式,保障现代医院医疗服务支付制度的实现,使现代医院真正体现医院的社会公益性。Construct the replicator dynamics equation of two kinds of governance system based on the evolution of game theory, and construct evolution model of complementary system elements of modern hospital. The path dependence of complementary institutional governance modern hospital： the Nash equilibrium of collaborative governance between external and internal governance. The governance mechanism of the modern hospital must be the coordination of external and internal governance, strengthening the complementary system of modern hospital introduced and the medical insurance payment supervision system construction. Try to introduce the independent director in modem hospital system, establish harmonious governance regulation of the modern hospital management mode, and guarantee the realization of medical service payment system of modern hospital, so that the modern hospital truly reflects the social public welfare hospital.
