高山菊芋开发利用研究述评

摘　　要：菊芋是菊科向日葵属的多年生草本植物,具有抗风沙、抗旱、抗寒、繁殖能力强、管理粗放等特点;且其块茎富含氨基酸、多糖、维生素等多种营养物质,是一种极具开发潜力的生态经济型植物。本文以生物质开发利用为中心,对菊芋的生物学特性、生态学特性、种植技术、化学组成以及利用价值等方面的研究概况进行了详细述评;同时对菊芋资源的进一步开发前景进行了展望。Helianthus tuberosus L. is one of the most promising ecological economic plant, due to its wide a- daptability, high biomass productivity, extensive cultivation, multiple ways of utilization and so on. This paper reviews the recent development and problems in research in biology and ecology characteristics, planting tech- nology, nutrient composition and energy utilization on the basis of biomass exploitation. It discusses the pros- pects of research and application of Helianthus tuberosus L. resources.
