摘 要:本文探讨了非营养条件pH、装液量、光照强度、摇床速度的变化对普通念珠藻生物量和胞外多糖分泌的影响。以普通念珠藻生物量和胞外多糖的含量为指标,单因素实验的最佳条件是:pH 7.5、装液量200 mL、光照强度50μmol/(m2·s)、摇床速度90 r/min;正交实验结果是:培养条件为pH 7.5、装液量150 mL、光照强度50μmol/(m2·s)、摇床速度120 r/min时,生物量和胞外多糖的含量最高,其中最佳摇床速度和最佳光照强度分别对生物量和胞外多糖含量的提高有着显著的效果。Effects of variations of different nonnutritional conditions of pH,loading volume,illumination intensity and shaking speed on biomass accumulation and extracellular po1 ysaccharides secretion of N.commune were studied in this research. Using the biomass accumulation and extracellular po1 ysaccharides concentration as indexes,the results were as follows: the optimum culture conditions selected by Single-factor experiment were that pH 7. 5,loading volume 200 mL,illumination intensity 50 μmol /( m^2·s),shaker speed 90 r /min,respectively; Orthogonal experiment results showed that when the culture condition was that pH 7. 5,loading volume 150 mL,illumination intensity 50 μmol /( m^2·s),shaker speed 120 r/min,biomass accumulation and extracellular po1 ysaccharides concentration were the highest,of which the optimum shaking speed and optimum light intensity had significant effects on the increase of biomass accumulation and extracellular polysaccharides concentration,respectively.
