摘　　要：本装置由机械部分和控制部分组成,机械部分包括输送机构、旋盖机构、夹瓶机构、挡瓶机构四个总成。电机通过链传动的带动下与输送带的主动辊相连接,输送带在电机的带动下不断将瓶子向前输送。挡瓶机构和夹紧都是由气缸实现,当光电传感器检测到瓶子的信号后,挡瓶机构和夹紧机构的气缸伸出。控制系统由PLC、继电器、电磁阀、开关电源组成。The device is composed of a mechanical part and control part is composed of two parts,the mechanical part comprises a conveying mechanism,capping mechanism,bottle clamping mechanism,a bottle body four assembly. Motor through the chain transmission drive and drive roller conveyor belt conveyor belt is connected,driven by the motor to keep the bottle forward delivery. The bottle blocking mechanism and the clamping is composed of cylinder,a signal when the photoelectric sensor detects the bottle after bottle blockingmechanism,cylinder and clamping of the extended.The control system consists of a PLC,relay,electromagnetic valve,switch power supply.
