摘　　要：以长沙航空职业技术学院试点实施实训教学现场管理及星级评价为背景,介绍了基于6S的实训教学现场管理及星级评价管理标准体系的组成。阐述了在推进实施实训教学现场管理及星级评价管理过程中的原则、驱动机制和一些具体做法,总结了对接产业企业的范式作用。Taking Changsha Aeronautical Vocational and Technical College as a pilot school,implementing the 6S- based field management on practical teaching scene and star evaluating management,this paper introduces the component of the management standard system. Describes the principle,drive mechanism and some specific methods during the implementation of practical teaching scene field management and star evaluating management process,and summarizes the role of industrial enterprises docking paradigm.
