摘　　要：目的探讨Vitapex治疗根尖周病的临床效果情况。方法分析口腔科收治的239例根尖周病患者临床资料,依据治疗根尖周病的方法不同进行随机分组,对照组39例和观察组200例。结果观察组X线片显示,观察组根尖周病患者疗效情况明显优于对照组,χ2=15.83,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论 Vitapex治疗根尖周病患者临床症状改善明显,提高了抗菌效果,值得临床推广应用。ObjectiveTo approach clinical result of treatment periapical periodontitis by Vitapex.Method To analyze clinical data of 70 cases periapical periodontitis patients in department of stomatology, which was to be divided into two groups, conventional treatment group 30 cases and combined treatment group 40 cases.Result X ray display, curative effect of periapical periodontitis patients of combined treatment group was better than conventional treatment group,χ2=15.83,P〈0.05, the difference was statistical significance.Conclusion The Good synergy of treatment periapical periodontitis by Vitapex, the antibacterial effect was increased, which was to be used.
