醒脑救神汤对高血压脑出血硬通道穿刺血肿引流术后的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药方剂醒脑救神汤对高血压脑出血硬通道穿刺血肿引流术后患者恢复的影响。方法:选取本院收治的高血压脑血行硬通道穿刺血肿引流术后患者108例,随机分为观察组与对照组各54例,观察组于入院24h即给予口服鼻饲中药方剂醒脑救神汤治疗,对照组只采用常规治疗,比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分(CCSS)及斯堪的那维亚卒中量表(SSS)评分改善情况及临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后CCSS、SSS评分均较治疗前明显改善,观察组治疗后CCSS、SSS评分改善较对照组更为明显,差异均具有统计学意思(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证侯各项积分均较治疗前明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各项积分改善较对照组更为明显,差异均具有统计学意思(P<0.05);观察组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压脑出血患者在硬通道穿刺血肿引流术前应用中药方剂醒脑救神汤治疗,可有效促进患者神经功能恢复,疗效明显,临床应推广应用。Objective： To evaluate the effect of Xingnao Jiushen decoction on the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after undergoing mieroinvasive craniopuncture irrigation and drainage. Methods： A total of 108 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital who underwent microinvasive craniopuncture irrigation and drainage were enrolled and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 54 cases in each group, respectively. Patients in the observation group were administered with the Xingnao Jiushen decoction orally or intranasally, while the conventional therapy was used in the control group. The improvement of the Chinese clinical neurological deficits score scale （CCSS） and the Scandinavian stroke scale （SSS） before and after treatment in the two groups and the elinical efficacy were observed. Results： After treatment, the CCSS and SSS in the two groups were significantly improved as compared with those before treatment （P〈0.05） ; while the improvement of CCSS and SSS in the observation was more significant when compared with that in the control group （P〈0. 05）. The various scores of the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine in the two groups after treatment were significantly reduced as compared with those before treatment （P〈0.05） ; while the improvement of various scores in the observation was more significant when compared with that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effectively rate in the ohservation after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Administration of Xingnao Jiushen decoction to the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage before undergoing microinvasive craniopuncture irrigation and drainage can effectively promote the neural function recovery with a significantly efficacy, so that it should be recommended and widely applied in the clinics.
