摘 要:装载机在工作过程中具有转向频繁的特点,为了分析铰接式装载机转向过程中的稳定性和能量消耗情况,首先对转向机构的运动学和动力学进行了分析,推导出了转向液压缸行程差和力臂差的计算公式。然后对转向液压系统进行了理论分析和试验测试,通过对试验结果的分析,得到了实际工况中影响转向稳定性的因素和其能量消耗情况,并在分析的基础上提出了提高转向稳定性和减小能量损失的方案,对转向系统的设计具有一定的指导意义。The operation of the loader usually comprises frequent turning. In order to analyze steering stability and energy consumption in the steering process of the articulated loader, first the kinematic and dynamic analysis of the steering system is implemented, and the formula for the steering hydraulic cylinder stroke difference and arm differ- ence is deduced. Then the theoretical analysis and experimental test of the steering hydraulic system are carried out. Through the analysis of test results, the factors that influence the stability of steering and the energy consump- tion in actual working condition are got. Based on all" these analysis, schemes to !mprove the steering stability and reduce the loss of energy are proposed and they will guide better steering system design.
