清幽化湿汤合并三联疗法抗幽门螺杆菌感染临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清幽化湿汤合并三联疗法抗幽门螺杆菌感染(Hp)的临床疗效。方法:收集Hp感染相关性胃炎患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组给予口服清幽化湿汤合并西药三联疗法;对照组单纯口服西药三联疗法。观察两组Hp根除率、复发率、不良反应以及治疗前后临床症状改善情况。结果:两组Hp根除率比较差异无显著性;Hp根除后复发率,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);主要症状改善情况,治疗组优于对照组。不良反应发生率治疗组明显低于对照组。结论:运用清幽化湿汤合并三联疗法抗Hp感染既能有效改善临床症状,又可较好的根除Hp,降低Hp感染的复发,并可减少西药的不良反应。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Qingyou Huashi Decoction combined with triple therapy against Hp infection. Methods： 80 Hp infection correlation gastritis patients were randomized into treatment group and control group, and each group contained 40 patients. Treatment group received Qingyou Huashi Decoction and western medicine triple therapy and the control group only received western medicine triple therapy. We observed the eradication rate of Hp, recurrence rate of Hp, adverse reactions and clinical symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups. Results ： The Hp eradication rate of two groups had no significant difference. And the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the recurrence rate after Hp eradication and the adverse reactions （P〈0.05）. Besides, the main clinical symptoms improvements in treatment were much better than those in the control group. Conclusion ： Qingyou Huashi Decoction combined with triple therapy can effectively ameliorate the symptoms, reduce the recurrence rate of Hp and the adverse effects of western medicine. Meanwhile, this therapy has a better eradication rate of Hp.
