急诊科护士医院感染相关知识认知程度的调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨医院急诊科护士对医院感染的相关知识的认知程度,全面了解急诊科护士预防医院感染的现状,采取针对性的措施,提升急诊科护士对医院感染控制相关知识的认知水平,以期降低患者及护理人员自身的医院感染率。方法 2010年3月-2011年3月采用自制问卷调查急诊科护士对医院感染相关理论知识及相关管理制度掌握、现场检查护士的无菌操作、着装、洗手后的手指菌培养等,通过上述调查方法,综合评价急诊科护士对医院感染相关知识认知程度,根据调查结果,针对急诊科护士对医院感染认知的薄弱项目进行培训,比较培训前后上述调查项目的结果;同时比较针对性培训前后各1年,护士和急诊科留观患者发生医院感染的比例并比较。结果急诊科护士对医院感染相关理论知识及医院感染控制相关管理制度调查得分,培养前分别为(86.23±7.15)分及(91.34±3.67)分,培训后分别为(93.45±3.56)分及(98.12±1.22)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训前,突击现场观察所有护士的无菌操作率、着装、洗手后的手指菌合格率分别为66.13%、78.50%、73.81%,培训后显著提升至85.48%、94.39%、90.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训前急诊科护士及留观患者医院感染率分别为10.71%、11.97%,显高于培训后0、4.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过调查急诊科护士对医院感染相关的理论知识、实际操作技能认知程度,并采取针对性的培训、降低劳动强度、严格制度等措施,可有效提升其认知程度,降低护士和急诊留观患者的医院感染发生率。OBJECTIVE To investigate the cognition level of hospital infection knowledge among nurses in the emergency department and obtain a thorough understanding of the status of prevention of hospital infection by nurses in the emergency department and take the specific measures,improve the cognition level of hospital infection knowledge among nurses in the emergency department,in order to reduce hospital infection in patients and the nursing staff.METHODS The self-made questionnaire was used to survey the related theoretical knowledge of hospital infection among nurses in the emergency department and the master of related management system,as well as the aseptic operation of nurse for on-site inspection,dressing,hand finger bacteria culture after washing and so on.Through the above investigation,the related knowledge level of hospital infection among nurses was comprehensively evaluated.According to the survey,nurses in the emergency department were trained with focus on the weak points of hospital infection cognition,and the results of the above investigation items before and after training were compared.And the proportion of nurses and inpatients in the emergency department with hospital infection were compared at one year before and one year after the targeted training.RESULTS The evaluation scores for related theoretical knowledge of hospital infection among nurses in the emergency department and the master of related management system were（86.23±7.15）points and（91.34±3.67）points before training and（93.45±3.56）points and（98.12±1.22）points after training,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The qualified rates of aseptic operation,dressing,and hand figure bacteria after hand washing for all nurses during the sudden on-site inspection were 66.13%,78.50%,and 73.81% before training and were increased to 85.48%,94.39%,and 90.48%after training,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The hospital infection incidence for nurses and inpatients in the emergency department was 10.71% and 11.97%
