摘　　要：构建旅游非优区形成因素的测评指标体系,目的在于剖析导致旅游非优区形成的决定性因素,以及不同因素对其形成的影响程度。本文利用德尔菲法采集导致旅游非优区形成的影响因素,运用AHP决策分析法将测评体系中的指标赋权,建立旅游非优区形成因素的测评体系及理论测评模型公式。Constructing evaluation index system about the formation factors of non-optimal tourism regions is to analyze the decisive factors of how non-optimal regions form, and the influence of different factors on the formation . This article collected the influencing factors of formation of non-optimal tourism regions according to Delphi method ,empowered the index in evaluation system by AHP group decision analysis, and established evaluation system and theoretical evaluation model formula about the formation factors of non-optimal tourism regions.
