摘　　要：静脉留置针现已广泛应用于临床,其操作简单方便,减轻了反复穿刺给患者带来的不适感,同时提高了护理人员的工作效率,避免了一些不良因素。在静脉留置针使用过程中运用评判性思维进行分析、判断,可以有效提高护士的穿刺技能,减少留置针并发症的发生,提高患者的满意度。Because of its simple operation and less comfort to patients,venous indwelling needle widely used has become the main tool for clinical transfusion and improve the nursing personnel＇s work efficiency.Application of critical thinking method in venous indwelling needle puncture can effectively improve the puncture skills of nurses,reduce the complications induced by venous indwelling needles,and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
