摘  要:为了解决传统模块式电涌保护器设计方式过于单一、防护过电压效果不理想与工作年限不长等问题,根据铁道部门信号机房配电系统的过电压防护要求,依据IEC 61643—21:2000《低压冲击保护装置第21部分:连接到电信和信号网络的电涌保护器—性能要求和试验方法》要求,设计了一种利用气体放电管、氧化锌压敏电阻片与瞬态抑制二极管进行并联组成的三级复合结构的电涌保护器,通过PSpice仿真分析与研究,结合实际冲击试验,验证了电路结构的可靠性。复合型电涌保护器充分发挥三种常用的防浪涌元件的优势,弥补了防浪涌元件单体结构的缺陷,具有残压低、通流容量大、反应迅速的特点,对于低压电源系统的过电压防护工作具有一定的现实工程应用价值。In order to solve the problem that the Surge Protective Device design approach is too simplethe pro-tection against overvohage is ineffective and the operating period is not long, based on the overvohage protection re-quirements of signal power distribution system in the ministry of railways ,and the request of IEC 61643-212000, itwas put forward a design approach of paralleling with a gas discharge tube, Zinc Oxide Varistor and transient sup-pression diodes to form a three-level composite structure. Through PSpice software simulation analysis and research,combined with the actual impact test , the reliability of the circuit structure is verified. Composite surge protectorgives full play to the advantages of three kinds of commonly used surge components, making up the defect of thesurge element monomer structure,which has the characteristics of low residual pressure, large currentcapacity, andquick reaction, it has a certain practical engineering exploitation value in over voltage protection of low voltage pow-er supply system.
