摘  要:为掌握从海南橡胶种子中提取植酸的工艺以及利用离子交换进行纯化植酸,研究了各提取因素对植酸提取率的影响。采用Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计及响应面分析研究橡胶种子中植酸的提取方法,用SAS7.0软件对植酸提取率的二次回归模型进行分析。结果表明:海南橡胶种子植酸提取的最佳工艺参数:温度50℃、时间4.8 h、pH 5.5、液料比22∶1。在此最优条件下植酸的提取率为70.1%。由响应面法优化出的植酸提取工艺具有工业化应用价值。To elucidate the technical procedure applying for the extraction of phytic acid from Hainan rubber seeds and further purify it by using ion exchange treatment, the impact factors of extraction were investigated to evaluate their effects on the recovery of phytic acid. The methodologies were employed in this study, includeing Box-Behnken central composite experimental design and response surface methodology (RSM), and the software SAS 7.0 was also appliedd to analyze the model upon on the two polynomial regression applied in the extraction of phytic acid. The result shows that the combination of extraction temperature, time, pH, and solid-liquid ratio at 50℃, 4.8h, 5.5, and 1:22, respectively, was optimal condition for the extraction of phytic acid from the rubber seeds, basing on which the extraction rate could up to 70.1%. It herein suggested that the RSM-based optimized technical parameters had a potential application at the industrial level.
