摘　　要：自从代表中国政府参加了十余起WTO争端解决寨件后，诉讼改变了肖瑾的生活。代表中国政府谈判与诉讼．已经成为了他的工作重心，而面对着座位前面的“中国”二字．这位律师心中升腾的是由衷的自豪感与使命感。在他看来，WTO既是争取权益和说理的地方。Since participated in a dozen WTO dispute settlement cases on behalf of Chinese government, litigation has changed the life of XiaoJin lawyer. Negotiation and litigation on behalf of the Chinese government, has become the focus of his work. Facing the word 'China' in front of his seat, He feels a sense of sincere pride and mission. In his view, WTO is not only fighting for the rights and justice, but also a place for professional lawyers to challenge themselves.
