区域产业背景下“订单班”人才培养的实践与思考——以湖州职业技术学院为例

摘　　要："订单班"人才培养是校企合作的一种有效形式,是企业获得人力资源的有效保障。文章以湖州职业技术学院为例,阐述了该校在区域产业背景下"订单班"人才培养的具体做法,分析了"订单班"人才培养中存在的困难,并从生源遴选、学生职业生涯规划指导以及制度完善等角度提出了解决对策。＂Order-type＂ talent cultivation is an effective pattem in the school-enterprise cooperation. It also effectively guarantees that the enterprise can get the target human resources. This paper employs the example of Electromechanical Engineering Department in Huzhou Vocational and Technological College and elaborates the specific way to practice the ＂order-type＂ talent cultivation considering the school＇s regional industry. This paper also analyzes the difficulties in the cultivation and puts forward the solution from the perspective of students＇ selection, guidance of students＇ career planning as well as the improvement of the system.
