摘 要:为了研究气体流经抗式消声器时产生的二次噪声的声压级及频谱特性,通过Fluent软件对气流二次噪声的声压级及其随流速的变化规律进行模拟预测,并搭建带有抗式消声器的排气管路装置及尾端声压测试装置对排气管口的噪声进行监测.结果显示:气体流经抗式消声器时产生的二次噪声在整个频域内普遍存在,且为宽频带噪声,其量值随着流速增加而增加,但其增加的幅度随着流速的增加逐渐减小;在流速逐渐增加的过程中,高频段的噪声增加量总是高于低频段的增加量;气流速度的大小对消声器消声量产生一定的影响,气流速度越大,产生的二次噪声越大,其消声量越小,当气流速度大于一定值时,抗式消声器的消声量显著下降.In order to study the frequency spectrum characteristics of the noise produced by the gas flowing through the reactive muffler, the exhaust pipe with reactive muffler inside and the end pressure testing de- vice were used to predict the regeneration sound pressure level and its variation by Fluent software. The result shows that the gas generates broadband noise when flows through the reactive muffler, and its value increases with the flow rate increases, but the increase rate decreases with the increase of flow rate. In the process of flow rate increasing, the increase quantity of high-frequency noise is always higher than that of the low-frequency noise. Gas flow rate has a certain influence on the noise elimination amounts of reactive muffler, the increase of gas flow rate creates higher regeneration noise, thus leading to decrease of the elimination amounts. When the gas flow rate is greater than a certain value, the attenuation performance of reactive muffler decreases significantly.
