摘  要:太极拳是中华民族优秀的传统文化瑰宝。而在经济快速发展、生活快节奏的今天,快餐文化已进入了疯狂的时代并强烈的冲击着传统文化。太极拳在高校也不可避免的受到了快餐化式的对待,使其技击价值和独特的魅力正逐步丧失。为此,文章运用文献资料法和专家访谈法分析了太极拳在高校快餐化的原因,并提出了相应的建议和措施,以利于太极拳在高校能更好的传承,从而继承和弘扬民族优秀的传统文化。Taijiquan is a treasure of Chinese excellent traditional culture. Nowadays, under the rapid development of economy and the fast pace ofhfe, this kind of short-order culture has entered a crazy era and has a strong impact on the traditional culture, which will result in the loss of its martial values and the charm of traditional culture step by step. Therefore, This paper analyzes the reasons of short-order sport culture and puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures by the means of hterature review and interviews with experts in order to facihtate Taijiquan better inheritance in universities, to inherit and carry forward the national excellent traditional culture.
